Amit Saraf is a Technical Lead at Motifworks with over 16 years of experience in software development. He started his career as a Mobile Application Developer which allowed him to explore complex business processes globally and eventually automate them to reduce time, cost, complexity, and manual intervention. His educational background in computers helps him minimize the gap between problems and tech solutions and visualize and design them. Amit is passionate about building mammoth enterprise applications that automate and ease routine business processes while reducing cost and complexity. He is currently working as a lead designer and cloud developer focusing on the Azure cloud platform. His primary skill set includes .Net Core, Microservices, SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, C#, Angular 9.0, NodeJS, TypeScript, MVC, Web API, Azure cloud solution design and development, Azure cloud App Migration, and Azure cloud migration assessments. Amit's interest areas include designing and architecting complex intelligent cloud-based systems and making them brilliant using AI-ML. He is also skilled in C++, WinCE, Symbian OS S40/S60, Win32 API, python flask, WCF, REST and SOAP services, JavaScript, Aspose, and Dundas. Currently, Amit works as a Technical Lead at Motifworks and has worked on two significant projects. The first project was to create a complete new product "Emergency Fuel Services" for the USA's fastest-growing innovation company in the Oil and Natural Gas sector. The system was developed from scratch using the latest microservices architecture hosted on Azure cloud platform. Amit's role was to be the single point of contact for customers and higher management, lead/train/guide the team of developers on day-to-day technology challenges, and be an individual contributor in architecturing, coding, deployment, support, bug fixing, and release, maintenance as part of the tech role. The second project was to migrate daily transaction feed from multiple vendor systems to one Majesco system for a USA-based Insurance-Reinsurance Company. Amit's role was to be an individual contributor and co-ordinate with multiple teams across multiple geographical locations. Amit has a PG-Diploma in Wireless & Mobile Computing from the Centre for Development of Advanced Computing, BE in Computer Engineering from Pune University, and a Diploma in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology from K.
